| Spincraft was
founded by Don Seidenspinner in April 1990. He
attained a BSEE from State University of New York,
Stony Brook University and his MBA from San Diego
State University.
He has had entrepreneurial success in
hi-tech ventures, can build & lead cross-functional
teams, inspire New Product Development with multiple
domain expertise, target & develop strategic
alliances, design & improve Enterprise Process, and
drive profitability.
His personal attributes and
strengths include;

solver with balanced judgment

History - About Spincraft
Spincraft Engineering Inc.
started in April 1990 by Founder, Don Seidenspinner
as a
Professional Engineering contract services
firm to provide Hi-Tech companies, DoD, and small businesses
with novel product development, design and test engineering.
It was the First Company to ‘graduate’ from the Advanced Technology
Incubator. He wrote the business plan, directed facilities
build-out, staffed up newly defined Operations, Accounting,
& Engineering departments, executed plan for $1M in first
year and moved Operations to new facility after first year
to accommodate growth. Developed strategic alliances and
became approved reseller for National Instruments, IBM,
Lotus, and Teradyne products with value-added services.
Closed private sale of original business Operations to medical device
start up Firm in 2001. Re-engineered the firm to become
business development specialist.
